This platform enables employees, partners, and external stakeholders to report any breaches of PWE’s Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as any serious violations of applicable laws and regulations.
What issues can be reported?
✔ Any behavior contrary to PWE’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
✔ Any crime, offense, or serious violation of French, European, or international laws.
✔ Any infringement of human rights and fundamental freedoms, or harm to safety, health, or the environment linked to PWE’s activities.
Who handles the alerts?
PWE’s Ethics Committee is the sole recipient of reports. It ensures that alerts are processed rigorously and securely, in compliance with established rules and with respect for everyone’s rights.
The Committee is composed of:
- Marianne DESCAMPS, Director of Impact and Human Resources
- Céline HOUBRON, Head of CSR
How is an alert processed?
1️⃣ Receipt and verification of the report's compliance.
2️⃣ Request for additional information if necessary.
3️⃣ Verification and investigation while maintaining confidentiality.
4️⃣ Decision and potential actions (internal sanctions, referral to authorities, etc.).
5️⃣ Informing the whistleblower about the progress of the case.
📅 Processing timelines:
Acknowledgment of receipt within 7 days.
Update on the progress of the case within a maximum of 3 months (timelines may be adjusted for in-depth investigations).
Confidentiality and anonymity protection:
The system is hosted by the VISPATO platform, ensuring complete whistleblower anonymity through:
1️⃣ Receipt and verification of the report's compliance.
2️⃣ Request for additional information if necessary.
3️⃣ Verification and investigation while maintaining confidentiality.
4️⃣ Decision and potential actions (internal sanctions, referral to authorities, etc.).
5️⃣ Informing the whistleblower about the progress of the case.

- Automatic text anonymization.
- Data encryption and restricted access for the Ethics Committee via two-factor authentication.
- A unique tracking link.
Reminder of legal provisions:
No sanction can be taken against a whistleblower acting in good faith.
Any misuse of the reporting system may result in disciplinary or legal sanctions.
False accusations: criminal penalties are provided under Article 226-10 of the French Penal Code.

What you can do to protect yourself
- You are not on the corporate network (Internet/VPN).
- You should not use a device (smartphone, computer, etc) that is provided by your employer.
- You should not use the kinds of idioms or abbreviations that you frequently use in conversations or when writing emails.
